I live on Rockwell Circle. Marlboro police has confirmed these car and home burglaries are increasing more and more. It may be time for a neighborhood watch program!

Rob, I am meeting with Marlboro PD this week and we will be discussing details about how residents can work with police to set up neighborhood watch programs. I will keep everyone posted!

I spoke with a police officer last week and was told there is nothing in place at the present time to create a watch program.

You're right Old Timer.... but it doesn't mean we should tolerate this in our neighborhoods. If you see something suspicious, it is encouraged that we call police and have them check it out. Many of these theft teams comprise of male and female so it's imperative to be extra diligent. This economy is not getting better, therefore, more of these crimes will take place!
