Marlboro Township has affordable housing units for sale in Greenbrook Estates, which it is struggling to sell.
Marlboro Township and developers in the town are required to build affordable housing units through an agreement with the Council on Affordable Housing.
Councilwoman Carol Mazzola told the News Transcript that there is little demand for townhouse structures existing in Marlboro, but interest in rental units, which the township doesn't have.
The NJ Housing Resource Center lists eight units available in Greenbrook Estates, near Ryan Road and Rt. 79.
