Joseph Bonica, 58 of Morganville was indicted last week on aggravated assault charges from an April incident in Marlboro Township.
Bonica is charged with aggravated assault with a crowbar, an unlawful weapon when used beyond its intent for unlawful purposes. Bonica allegedly caused bodily harm to a victim in the township on April 3 of last year.
An indictment is a formal charge, not a finding of guilt.
