Municipal Items For Sale in Freehold Public Online Auction

Starting bids for a variety of cars range from $100-$500.

Freehold Township will hold an online public auction over the next month where they will sell property no longer needed for public use and impounded/unclaimed vehicles.  

Items they are auctioning include:

  • Over 20 Vehicles including cars and a pick-up truck
  • 2 Vans
  • Ford Passenger Bus
  • Ford Backhoe
  • Dumpsters
  • Copier
  • GeoMotion Mats
  • Jonsered Grapple Loglift

Bidding starts on June 21 and ends on July 16. The auction will be conducted on Municibid.com under the username of "freeholdnj".

According to a release from the township, interested bidders may inspect vehicles and other items Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. at the .

All items must be paid by certified check or cash no later than five days after the sale. Payment may be dropped off at the office of the on any weekday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
