A Foxcroft Drive fire was under control quickly after visible smoke was seen from the top and rear of the house, according to fire officials.
It is unknown at this time how the fire began, no one was reported to be home or injured. The fire began around 1 p.m. and was knocked down by 1:50 p.m. Front windows were broken to create ventilation.
Marlboro Fire Company, Morganville Fire Company and Robertsville Fire Company responded to the scene, as did Gordons Corner Fire from Manalapan.
