The Week Ahead: Colts Neck Clean Up Day

In Marlboro
This week's Environmental Commission meeting is cancelled.
The Marlboro Public Library will hold a Basic Guitar Workshop for Teens on Thursday at 6 p.m. This four-part workshop will teach you a lot of the basics: guitar tuning, restringing, tuning keys, and note structure. Students are requested to bring in a song that they would like to learn to play. This workshop is for the true beginner with no formal guitar instruction.
You must be available to attend all four sessions: Thursdays, May 31, June 7, June 14, and June 28. Please choose one of the two available time slots: 6-7 p.m. or 7:30-8:30 p.m.

The Open Space and Agriculture Advisory Committees will meet on Thursday at 7:30 p.m.
This Saturday is the fourth annual Bike and Stroll With the Mayor at 2 p.m. Riders and walkers can gather at The Bicycle Hub on Rt. 79, and enjoy the trail with an ice cream treat at the end. Everyone is welcome, and helmets are required for riders under the age of 16.
In Colts Neck
The Colts Neck Township Committee will meet Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.
This Saturday is Colts Neck Clean Up day. Residents should take their debris to the drop-off site, located on the grounds of the Public Works garage, located on Route 34 North, just past Route 18. The Colts Neck Police Department will be directing traffic and will be checking to make sure only Colts Neck residents are admitted.
