Marlboro Township welcomed its newest business last weekend, as Lettuce for Life opened its doors in the Rt. 79 shopping center, near the Asian Food Market.

Lettuce for Life creates salads that target specific health needs, such as eye health or "brain food," while offering the classics such as the Caesar salad and the Waldorf salad. Salads are created using ingredients proven to benefit anything from carrots for eye health to nuts for hair skin and nails, creating the "smarter salad."

Lettuce for Life will soon offer delivery, but for now customers can enjoy customized salads and dressings at its new location.

Love the salads, have tried many - my favorite is "Get Movin", and they others are equally delicious and so fresh! The avocado dressing is amazing... Give them a try!
Always clean and a very friendly staff!
