What Should the Old Verizon Store Become in Marlboro?

There are empty storefronts all around, what would you like to see come to Marlboro?

Ignore the zoning laws, the environmental restrictions, the possible traffic buildup: just play a fun game. What should be here?

This storefront, on Route 79 and Route 520 in the A&P Shopping Center, was the site of Wireless Digits which was a Verizon retailer. The storefront is surrounded by Kathy's Kafe and Dunkin Donuts on either side.

What if you had the ability to bring a business to Marlboro and put it in this empty spot?

About this column: Each week, Marlboro Patch will look for empty storefronts in town and ask you what those spaces should become. Related Topics: Marlboro Business

I don't know what it should become, but PLEASE no more bagel stores, nail salons, dry cleaners, fast foods, fancy boutiques that no one will visit, and fortune tellers. Enough is enough!

A nice collectibles shop - baseball cards, coins, comics, etc may do nicely . . . .
