On Sunday, April 29th, MCF will be holding a Silent WOD to raise money for Autism Awareness.  This will be an all levels CrossFit WOD, where anyone, with expert or little-to-no crossfit experience, can participate.  The cost to WOD (Workout Of the Day) will be $20 per participant with 100% of proceeds being donated- 50% to Autism Speaks and 50% to Devereux.  Please come out and help raise money for a great cause!
