 or Kids campaign.\nThough 15 million children in the United States have 
 psychiatric and learning disorders\, fewer than half of them will be ide
 ntified and get the help they need.\nDesigned for parents and educators\
 , the open house will focus on psychiatric and learning disorders among 
 children and adolescents\, stressing the importance of early diagnosis a
 nd treatment.&nbsp\; Dr. Sell will be on hand to answer questions about 
 mental health disorders as well as offer video presentations and handout
 s about ADHD\, anxiety and behavioral management.\nDr. Sell is a member
