Second Annual Blues and BBQ Festival Slated For September

The committee is looking for volunteers, sponsors and vendors.

The second annual Blues and BBQ Festival is almost here!

The music festival is scheduled for Sept. 29, with a rain date of Oct. 6, and the committee of volunteers working so hard to plan it is looking for help.

Live blues music will go from noon to 10 p.m. at the outdoor ampitheater.

This year the event will also feature a motorcycle rally, beginning at 11 a.m. and ending at the festival at 1 p.m. The fee is $25 per bike which gets a free t-shirt, and $15 per passenger. Riders are asked to collect pledges, the rally pledge form is attached to this article.
