Daly Irish Dance Studio Opens in Middletown

Daly Irish Dance Studio opens in Middletown

Daly Irish Dance Studio is open in Middletown.  The Studio is owned and operated by Gillian Daly, T.C.R.G., A.D.C.R.G, a champion Irish dancer trained by the “Masters of Irish Dance,” Aine and Seamus O’Shea, in Dublin.  Ms. Daly is a national and international champion, including medaling in both solo and ceili competitions at The Leinsters, All Ireland and Worldwide Championships.  She has performed onstage and on television since the age of seven, with such notables as The Chieftans, The Dubliners, Dana, Brendan Grace, Red Hurley and Twink.  These early dance and cabaret performances paved the way for Riverdance and Lord of the Dance, making Irish dance popular worldwide.

Daly Irish Dance offers classes from beginner to championship levels, toddlers to adults.  While the school offers non-competitive classes to those who enjoy learning the basics and traditions of Irish dance, there is a strict focus on competition.  Ms. Daly began teaching in Monmouth County two years ago, and her dancers are already ranking highly at regional, national and international levels.
