MARLBORO: *Closed Sales for the month of September:

• September 2013: 28 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $620,429. vs an average list price of $645,239. with an average 57 DOM
• September 2012: 23 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $569,320. vs an average list price of $604,707. with an average 68 DOM

• There are currently 68 homes under contract with an average list price of $536,769. with an average 95 DOM.
• There are currently 131 homes available with an average list price of $844,803. with an average 118 DOM.
