Marlboro-Colts Neck Patch has you covered for Halloween with our community events calendar. Did we miss a great hayride or costume contest that you want to share? Get it out into the community by posting the event

 

The Patch Halloween Costume Contest runs from Oct. 15 to Nov. 1. National judges will choose 21 finalists from each Patch state and select one grand prize winner based on who has the most creative and innovative costume. Each state finalist will receive $250 and one grand prize winner will receive $5,000.

Pick up your spooky bag of pet treats at the Howl-A-Ween Pet Treats at AHC of Marlboro. Bring your furry friend in costume and have their picture taken for the Best Costume contest. Available during normal business days Monday through Saturday starting at 8 a.m. through Oct. 31 or until supplies last.

The Marlboro Halloween Parade is on Oct. 28 at 5 p.m. This year's Halloween Parade inside the Marlboro Recreation Center. Wear your costume and enjoy trick-or-treating at tables of local businesses. Judges will vote for the best costume.

Take a Halloween Night Hike at the Kateri Environmental Center at Collier in Marlboro on Oct. 26 and 27. The 26th annual Story of Irish Jack tells the origins of Halloween, on a trail lit with over 250 jack-o-lanterns. For children ages 5-12 with an adult. Tickets are $15.00 per person, call (732) 946 - 9694 to purchase tickets.

C. Casola Farm offers 4 terrifying attractions: the . Hot apple cider, hot chocolate, baked pies, cookies, popcorn, hot dogs, and other concessions are available. The Haunted Hayride costs $15, and all other attractions cost $12, or enjoy all four attractions for $40.
