On May 30, five cars spun to a stop at the intersection of Crine Road and Rt. 520. Around 2:30 p.m., a domino effect resulting in the damage of fenders and bumpers of five cars temporarily closed the road way. The accident is still under investigation.

3. After the Big Fire: Hazlet's Buhler Dealership Gets Back to Business. With the smell of charred metal still hanging in the air, the Buhler family, of Colts Neck, sold seven cars off the lot on Monday. . The cause of the fire was recently determined to be a faulty relay on a battery being serviced in the dealership.

2. Marlboro Father Blaming Costco Dog Food for Infant Illness.  When Nevin Eisenberg's 8-week old became ill with an infection caused by a rare strain of salmonella, he looked to the recalled Kirkland brand dog food for answers. According to MSNBC, Eisenberg has been buying the dry dog food at  in Morganville for months, but the brand was recalled after ties to salmonella were found in some batches. Now, in federal court against Costco, Kirkland and Diamond Pet Food Processors. 

1. Two Soccer Teams Break into Fight at Memorial Day Tournament. A 48-year-old soccer coach of one of the teams that was involved in the fight began to restrain some fighting players. Upset at the way his son was being restrained by the coach, . The coach was not injured.
