East Brunswick Man Charged With Theft After Eluding Police In Marlboro

Mohammad Oudeh of Brookdale Road was driving a motor vehicle when he eluded a patrolman, court records say.

A 40-year-old East Brunswick man was charged with theft Sunday after he tried to elude a police officer in Marlboro, according to Monmouth County Courthouse records.

Mohammad Oudeh of Brookdale Road was driving a motor vehicle when he eluded a patrolman, court records say.

Court records say that the patrolman signaled Oudeh to stop by sounding his siren. He eventually came to a stop in the right late of Route 9, court records say.

Oudeh was carrying stolen property in excess of $390 in cash as well as other materials, court records say.

He  is scheduled to appear in court at 9 a.m. on Tuesday.
