Jackson Woman Indicted on Heroin Distribution Charges in Marlboro
Suzanne Biese, 22, was charged with possession of heroin and intent to distribute the drug.
A Jackson woman was indicted this week on heroin distribution charges in Marlboro, according to the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office.
Suzanne Biese, 22, was charged with possession of heroin and intent to distribute the drug. Possession and intent to distribute are both third degree crimes.
An indictment does not indicate absolute guilt or a conviction. It only means that a county grand jury found there was enough evidence to proceed with a prosecution. Guilt or innocence will be tried and determined in a court of law.
