JCP&L Says Between 7 and 14 Days for Marlboro
Hornik said the estimate should be closer to seven days because Marlboro had no flooding compared to its Bayshore neighbors.
Mayor Jon Hornik is expected a full status report from JCP&L by the end of business today.
"I have no better information than the information I have been sharing with the public," Hornik said.
Hornik said a Wednesday morning conference call with officials in Monmouth County and JCP&L said some county residents may be without power for 14 days. But Hornik said the lack of flooding in Marlboro means residents are looking at an estimated 7 days without power.

There are four temporary charging stations set up in Marlboro, where residents can also go to take a seat in the warmth. No laptop or tablet charging.
- Robertsville Fire Station on Rt. 520
- Morganville Independent Fire Station Rt. 79
- Court House at Municipal Complex
- Marlboro Recreation Center
The Marlboro Police Department is currently taking in medication which needs to be refrigerated, such as insulin.

Those with medical needs should call 9-1-1 in an emergency.
As of Wednesday night, mroe than 15,000 people in Marlboro were still without power, according to the JCP&L outage map.
