Luis H. Morea, 64,  of New York City died on Saturday after falling to the ground during his kitchen shift at the Colts Neck Inn. The <a href="http://www.app.com/article/20130127/NJNEWS1002/301270036/New-York-man-dies-after-fall-during-shift-at-Colts-Neck-Inn?source=nletter-news" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Asbury Park Press</a> reported Morea suffered a medical episode and suffered a seizure. Morea was unresponsive in minutes when police and emergency medical personnel arrived. CPR was administered.  Morea was reportedly transported to Centrastate Medical Center, but was also unresponsive during transport.
