Morganville and Manalapan Men Indicted in Matawan Hess Burglary

Nicholas Demo of Morganville is also accused of making terroristic threats against his alleged burglary partner.

Nicholas Demo of Morganville was indicted by a Monmouth County grand jury last week on charges he made terroristic threats against his alleged partner in crime.

Demo, 20, is accused of threatening violence against Joseph Dolce, 19, in August. In the same court record, Demo and Dolce were indicted for allegedly robbing a Hess Gas Station in Matawan.

Dolce and Demo were both also arrested in August and September in connection with burglaries of gas stations in Manalapan and East Brunswick. The pair allegedly robbed each station with a 17-year-old boy, whose name has not been released due to his age.

Demo was also arrested in Marlboro Township in June for allegedly assaulting two police officers and attempting to kidnap his father.

Demo was indicted on four charges, including making terroristic threats, burglary, theft of movable property and using a juvenile to commit a crime.

Dolce was indicted on three charges, including burglary, theft of movable property and using a juvenile to commit a crime.

An indictment does not indicate a conviction.
