Morganville Man Accused of Assault With a Crowbar
Joseph Bonica was indicted on charges of aggravated assault after an incident in April of last year.
Joseph Bonica, 58 of Morganville was indicted last week on aggravated assault charges from an April incident in Marlboro Township.
Bonica is charged with aggravated assault with a crowbar, an unlawful weapon when used beyond its intent for unlawful purposes. Bonica allegedly caused bodily harm to a victim in the township on April 3 of last year.
An indictment is a formal charge, not a finding of guilt.
