To Patch: the article is a little confusing as he appears to be released after posting a $25,000 bond, then in the last sentence he is still be held on a $1,000 bond. Nevertheless, this big time loser needs to be taught a lesson so that he stops stealing. What is wrong with our judicial system???

Nick, sorry that is confusing. He was released on a $25,000 bail for the first charge of allegedly stealing credit cards and checks. He is still in jail now for the alleged theft of a Red Bank church poor box.
