The Marlboro Town Council is meeting tonight at 7 p.m. in Town Hall.
On the agenda is an amendment to a zoning ordinance in the Village Commercial District to establish a setback for small sheds and expanding the grandfather provisions to vacant lots in subdivisions, as well as amending the provisions for large residences built pursuant to cluster provisions.
There will also be a presentation of the Community Pride Day posters as well as an update on the Teen Advisory Committee.
