Freehold, Howell, Manalapan will begin at 9 a.m. and dismiss at 2:05 p.m. Colts Neck, Freehold Township, Marlboro will begin at 9:55 a.m. and dismiss at 3 p.m. Midterm exams will continue on Thursday as scheduled. The National Weather Service forecast calls for freezing rain and sleet overnight.
