Open Houses for FRHSD Academies and Learning Centers

The Freehold Regional High School District will hold the of open houses for the region’s learning centers and academies on Tuesday, Sept. 27 at 7 p.m. at . Eighth graders and their parents are invited to learn about the Law Enforcement and Public Safety Academy and the Science and Engineering Learning Center, which are both housed in Manalapan High School.

Students accepted into one of the district’s learning center and academy programs become full-time students at that program’s home school.

The Fine Arts and Performing Arts Academy and the Humanities Learning Center open houses will be held at Howell High School on Monday, Oct. 3 at 7 p.m.

The Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Academy open house will be held at Freehold High School on Tuesday, Oct. 4 at 7 p.m.

The Business Administration Learning Center open house will take place Wednesday, Oct. 5 at 7 p.m. at Marlboro High School.

The Animal and Botanical Sciences Academy and the Contemporary Global Issues Learning Center open houses will be held on Thursday, Oct. 6 at 7 p.m. at Freehold Township High School.

The Medical Sciences Learning Center open house will take place Wednesday, Oct. 12 at 7 p.m. at Freehold High School.

The Navy Junior ROTC Academy and Law and Public Service Learning Center open houses will be held on Thursday, Oct. 13 at 7 p.m. at Colts Neck High School.

The Computer Science Academy open house will be held on Monday, Oct. 17 at 7 p.m. at Freehold High School.

Online applications for the 2012-2013 school year will open Friday, Oct. 7.
