Week Ahead: Kiwanis Fundraiser and Fireworks

Thank you to all who have served our country to let us continue enjoying independence every Fourth of July.

While Marlboro-Colts Neck Patch is looking brand new, we're still offering the same great services to get your week started. 

Fireworks

Marlboro Township will hold free fireworks on July 7 at the Rec Center amphitheater. A concert will begin at 7 p.m. featuring Idol Kings, a John Mellencamp and Journey tribute band. 

The Freehold Raceway will hold free fireworks on July 4. Gates open at 5:30 with live music from the Rock and Roll Chorus and the Turnstyles, featuring Freehold business owner Rob Kash.

In Marlboro

The Planning Board meeting is canceled this week.

In Colts Neck

The Historic Preservation Committee is meeting on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. in Town Hall.

The Board of Health is meeting on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall.
