OVERPRICED - prices changed every time I went in - honestly $240 for a color and cut? Ridiculous. And if you tell her you don't like something the sweet turns to sour grapes real quick.

Decided to try this salon because I pass it literally every day on my way to work, and I'm so happy I did! Great atmosphere, great stylists, would def reccomend it!

Karen I agree. My hair was done well. But I witnessed first hand what happens when someone has a complaint. It wasn't pretty. The way she treated this customer was unreal. I still can't believe the way she was speaking to her. I won't be going back after that. Customer service is obviously not one of there strong points.
