Hybrid Fitness Training,The Perfect Blend of Fitness at Retro Fitness. Our slogan says it all! We want you to experience not only Boot Camp and "cross fit" style workouts but other functional training like Sports Specific style Training and TRX training as well as cardio vascular workouts like HIIT(high intensity interval training) We also work with various sports teams to help in agility, speed and strength training for youths(ages 6 and up) Our large facility (4500 sq ft) has the versatility of a 1620 sq ft turf field, olympic style lift area. Sample or blend your workout routines to experience many types of training techniques. Why go to a place that only features one type of training when you can do them all. In each one-hour Hybrid Fitness Training Program, certified trainers lead small, medium and large groups through high-intensity workouts, scaling movements to accommodate all fitness levels. In both indoor and outdoor settings, routines vary from day to day and include functional exercises such as dead lifts, squats, tire flips, sports conditioning and agility, and running.
