Marlboro Fireworks Set for July 7 After Summer Concert Series

The fireworks and concert are free to the public.

Marlboro Township will hold free fireworks on July 7 at the Rec Center amphitheater.

A concert will begin at 7 p.m. featuring Idol Kings, a John Mellencamp and Journey tribute band. 

Lawn chairs and blankets are permitted. All concerts are alcohol and smoke free, no pets allowed. 

Fireworks in the area

Union Beach has won a free fireworks party for July 3. The show begins at 6 p.m., and features Grammy award winning country band The Mavericks. 

Hazlet's fireworks are scheduled for July 5 at Veteran's Park, with a rain date of July 6. Festivities begin at 6 p.m., fireworks begin at 9:15 p.m.

The Freehold Raceway will hold free fireworks on July 4. Gates open at 5:30 with live music from the Rock and Roll Chorus and the Turnstyles, featuring Freehold business owner Rob Kash.
